Social Club ChallengeWhilst your calendars are already set for 2012, if your group is available on Sunday August 12, 2012, we invite you to enter a team of 8 players or more in our Social Club Challenge.
The event will feature friendly competition amongst the various social clubs, a complimentary BBQ, prizes and for the winning team, a discount on your next Social Club visit to Burleigh Golf Club. The response so far has been tremendous and as places are limited, please contact us if you are interested to play.
Social Club Bookings
Our championship course offers a challenging 18 hole layout and combines tree lined meandering fairways with naturally landscaped greens. Established native surrounds provide the perfect backdrop, offering a rewarding and diverse golfing experience for players of all standards. We have a new clubhouse that was opened in 2008 featuring a fully equipped bar, Gumtrees Brasserie, Pokies and Keno.
Whilst we are a traditional members club with a strong membership base, we welcome Social Clubs to Burleigh Golf Club to experience our stunning course at selected times. Competitions are held most days and Social Clubs are welcome to enter these competitions for an additional $11 charge.
Our availability for Social Clubs is as follows;
Monday – anytime
Tuesday – from 1pm
Wednesday – morning – Men only
Thursday – morning only (for small groups - upon application only)
Friday – mornings preferred with afternoons for smaller groups
Saturday – not available
Sunday – mornings preferred with afternoons for smaller groups
Each Social Golf Club attending our course will receive, for each player, a voucher to be redeemed on the day at the bar. The voucher will entitle each player to a schooner of draught beer. Our BBQ facilities are open for you to use if required at no charge.
We believe we have one of the best courses on the Gold Coast, we look forward to the opportunity to share it with your Social Club.
