Burleigh Golf Club / RetireAustralia Development Approval is now in full affect with the submitter appeal period concluding on 18 June and the confirmation that no appeals were lodged.
We are thrilled the RetireAustralia partnership with Burleigh Golf Club is now positioned to progress.
There are still pre-conditions to be met prior to the financial deal settling, including the survey plan registration of the land on which the retirement village will be built.
RetireAustralia are continuing to receive new enquiry for the project and are progressing with marketing planning which will formally announce the project to prospective buyers in the coming months.
Burleigh Golf Club and Retire Australia are working together to facilitate a temporary sales office within the club house and look forward to welcoming visitors who will become our neighbours and we expect strong advocates of the club.
