AGM Update

Thank you to all members who attended the 2018 AGM or took part in the voting for the 2018/19 Board, and the 4 important motions considered at this year’s meeting, held on Monday 8 October 2018.

Of the vote for Directors, the four elected members are Jim Cook, Matthew Grey, Greg Read and Shane Stevenson.

The Board for 2018/19 is as follows:

President            Peter Evans

Vice President  Bob Cronk

Treasurer            Viv Grayson

Captain                Bryan Moore

Vice-Captain      David Downey

All motions voted on at the meeting were approved. These include:

• the introduction of Article 104A into the Club’s Articles of Association, providing protection for the Land Lease Fund;
• the expenditure approval of $1,140,000 (excl GST) of the Land Lease Fund on a course irrigation system;
• the expenditure approval of $585,000 (excl GST) of the Land Lease Fund on a new greenkeepers shed, and;
• the renewal of the lease for the radio antenna equipment on Buggy Shed E
