Temporary booking guidelines for Guests of a Member and Visitors during Covid-19 Restrictions as of 1 October 2020.
- Member’s Guests may be booked in to competitions at opening of the time sheet (Sunday to Friday)
- Member’s Guests may be booked in to a Saturday competition from the Friday immediately prior
- Members Guests must have a handicap from “bricks & mortar” golf club to be able to be eligible to play in a competition
- Social Times (after the competition) are open to Visitors or Members Guest. Must have a handicap, which can be social or traditional
Members are able to book a Guest into a competition timeslot where the Guest does not have a handicap (traditional or otherwise):
- The Member takes responsibility for the guest (pace of play, dress, course care etc)
- If the guest does not have a handicap from a “bricks & mortar” club, they are not able to play in the competition
- The fee applicable for the Guest is the Daily Green Fee + $15 for using a competition tee time
