As the weather warms up, members are reminded that snakes become more active around the golf course, particularly in bushland areas, long rough, and near water. Please stay alert while playing and walking around the course.
If you see a snake:
- Do not approach or attempt to move the snake.
- Remain calm and back away slowly, giving the snake plenty of space.
- Alert nearby players so they can avoid the area.
- Advise Pro Shop or Course Staff of the location so they can monitor the situation.
- Stick to fairways and designated paths wherever possible.
